Awareness/consciousness/being in the present. Basic principles of mindfulness. Acknowledgement, acceptance and 'letting go'. 
Ego, mind-identification, feelings-thoughts-emotions-actions.

Relaxation A. Mindfulness 2. 
Coping with life situations; finding inner life force. 'Doing' or 'Being'? Our own personal strategies.
